Account Manager

Job Scope

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting the company's products/services related to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information and Cyber Security through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential partners. They work towards optimizing sales volumes and champion marketing programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement the strategy and roadmap of the assigned products/services line in alignment with the management team.
  2. Lead partner relations in alignment with the company's management and strategy.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory.
  4. Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities.
  5. Specify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to existing and potential customers.
  6. Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
  7. Track credit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions accordingly.
  8. Generate sales for the entire product/service line in terms of long-term revenue and profitability.
  9. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
  10. Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress, and make recommendations as necessary.
  11. Promote the company and its services within the region.
Position Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.

Experience: 10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years within the UAE market.
