What You Will Do:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value local and global clients
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management

Preferred Background:

  • Education: A graduate degree is preferred
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e-commerce or Print-on-demand
  • Hard Skills:
    • Fluent English: written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
    • Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of promotional products and print-on-demand is preferred
    • Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Soft Skills:
    • Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and drive results
    • Strong initiative, always seeking new ways to drive business forward
