We’re looking for an Account Manager - Social Media to join our team in Abu Dhabi, seconded to a leading global tech client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, lives and breathes social media, and knows how to turn cultural moments into content that connects.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic social media professional who’s fluent in platforms, formats, and trends and can translate business needs into engaging content strategies. You have experience working with or within global brands and understand what it takes to build and grow a brand’s social presence in the Middle East. You’re a trusted partner to clients, and a collaborative teammate who brings curiosity, agility, and empathy to everything you do.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for social media activities on-site with the client
  • Build and manage editorial calendars, content workflows, and social strategy development
  • Lead social-first campaigns and activations, from concept through execution
  • Partner with analytics teams to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
  • Liaise across regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep content timely and resonant
  • Support client reporting and contribute to strategic planning and performance reviews
Skills and Experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or in-house environment
  • Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads
  • Proven experience creating or managing social content in both English and Arabic (or working with translation / localization)
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to confidently present recommendations and guide feedback discussions
  • Experience in the tech sector or with B2B / B2C social media strategy is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Emplifi, or equivalent)
