Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced engineer to design and oversee swimming pool and water feature projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, over 5 years of experience, and proficiency in CAD software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on landmark projects with a focus on effective project management and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of water filtration systems and chemical treatment processes.
- Understanding of structural engineering and material properties.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to create detailed designs for swimming pools and water features.
- Manage and supervise the construction process coordinating with contractors.
- Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations.

- Construction Oversight : Manage and supervise the construction process coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with design plans quality standards and safety regulations.
- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate expertise in engineering principles related to swimming pool and water feature design hydraulics filtration systems and water treatment.
- Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with relevant local and international regulations health and safety standards and environmental considerations.
- Budget Management : Responsible for managing project budgets including cost estimation procurement and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to ensure the durability and longevity of swimming pool and water feature installations.
- Perform calculations for structural loads water flow and system efficiency.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) and hydraulic analysis tools.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
- Proficiency in Revit / CAD software and hydraulic analysis tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent project management problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of water filtration systems circulation and chemical treatment processes.
- Understanding of structural engineering and material properties.
