Job description

What we expect from you:

  1. Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal and maintain partnerships. Operate as a single point of contact for all service providers.
  2. Search effectively for prospective clients and convert sales leads into potential clients.
  3. Analyze daily partner and vertical performance to ensure quality is maintained.
  4. Regularly meet with service providers/partners to review satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure the platform meets or exceeds expectations.
  5. Achieve short and long-term sales goals by ensuring the right processes are in place.
  6. Inform and educate partners about new process implementations and follow up to ensure proper execution.
  7. Identify opportunities to grow existing clients and take necessary measures to close deals.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and partners.
  9. Monitor account performance, track key metrics (such as service usage, renewals, churn rates), and identify growth opportunities.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to assist partners with daily queries.
  11. Be responsible for vertical performance, owning demand and revenue numbers.
  12. Ensure a superlative customer experience as the quality custodian of a vertical.
  13. Take ownership of Justlife's growth, find creative solutions, and follow through to delight users and boost partner performance.
What we are looking for:
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  2. 3 to 4 years of related account management experience.
  3. Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements, contracts, policies, and procedures.
  4. Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, capable of functioning independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and demonstrate a proactive, innovative, and creative mindset.
  6. Data-driven decision-making mentality with sound business judgment and analytical thinking.
  7. Proactive, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
