We are looking for a talented Animator to join our creative team at Next element Marketing Management LLC, a fast-growing marketing agency. As an Animator, you will create engaging animations that bring our clients’ stories and campaigns to life across digital platforms.

• Develop high-quality 2D / 3D animations for digital ads, social media, websites, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers, Content Writers and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative animations aligned with brand messaging
• Produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and short animations for various clients
• Conceptualize and storyboard animation sequences based on project briefs
• Optimize animations for different platforms (web, mobile, social media)
• Stay current on animation trends, techniques, and software updates

• Proven experience as an Animator in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong proficiency in animation and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D)
• A portfolio showcasing a range of animations and motion graphics projects
• Strong understanding of timing, movement, and storytelling in animation
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in character animation, 3D modeling, or video editing
• Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and compositing techniques
