Key Responsibility:

Lead the growth of our retail partner business through leading issue resolution & identifying opportunities in collaboration with our partners and internal teams.

KPIs: Orders/Sales, ABV, Customer Retention/Loyalty, Cancellation rate, On time % & Quality & NPS.

What Youll Be Doing:

  1. Build, lead & manage strong relationships with chain HQ & store teams.
  2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Business reviews and action plans executions on time.
  3. Thorough data analysis using own expertise and with dashboard & BI teams to identify root causes of issues and opportunities.
  4. Effective and quick execution of action plans with cross functional teams.
  5. Store setups enhancements to improve our customer delight & drive growth (in conjunction with Logistics where relevant).
  6. Support logistics team with instore challenges & opportunities to improve efficiency & cost/order.
  7. Support catalog team in driving availability, reducing OOS, and more efficient processes.
  8. Support marketing partnerships team in co-funded/barter campaigns.
  9. Improve Way of Working (WOW) with partners based on our company & each team KPIs.
  10. Evolve our Account Management SOPs with Head of Marketplace.
  11. Identify new services for all/specific partners.

What You Should Already Have:

  1. 6+ Years of related previous experience in a similar setting, preferably with an online retailer.
  2. Analytical thinker, great planner and proactive attitude.
  3. Everyday 1% better mentality.
  4. Track record of operational results.
  5. Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way.
  6. Quick learning & execution.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  8. Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership.
  9. Strong command with tools of the trade (e.g., Excel, PPT, Google Drive).
  10. Hunger to grow the business & yourself.
  11. Arabic Language skills is a must for this role.
