Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
o Act as the main point of contact for clients understanding their needs and ensuring that software solutions meet their requirements.
o Provide support and guidance to clients on product features implementations and problem-solving.
2. Sales and Account Growth:
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
o Support the sales process by pitching software solutions negotiating contracts and closing deals.
3. Product Expertise:
o Stay up to date on the latest features and updates to the software products offered by the company.
o Demonstrate and explain technical aspects of the software to clients in Arabic.
4. Technical Support:
o Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex client issues.
o Translate technical jargon into understandable language for clients.
5. Arabic Language Fluency:
o Ability to communicate fluently with Arabic-speaking clients both in writing and verbally.
o Translate product documentation and communication between Arabic and English as needed.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
o Track and analyze client usage of software products providing reports and feedback to the development team.
o Report on sales performance customer satisfaction and account health.
