Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (digital marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, events).
- Promote and sell Canadian immigration services to potential clients in the UAE and surrounding regions.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients\' immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, and legal updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and customer service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to expand the firm’s visibility.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in immigration or related services.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes (Express Entry, PNP, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the UAE market with expat clientele.
- Knowledge of IRCC processes and documentation requirements.
- Certification or training in Canadian immigration consultancy (e.g., RCIC assistant or paralegal background) is a plus.
