The Role Job Title: Business Development Executive – Canadian Immigration Services

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (digital marketing, networking, cold calling, referrals, events).
  • Promote and sell Canadian immigration services to potential clients in the UAE and surrounding regions.
  • Conduct consultations to understand clients\' immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, and legal updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and customer service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to expand the firm’s visibility.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in immigration or related services.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes (Express Entry, PNP, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the UAE market with expat clientele.
  • Knowledge of IRCC processes and documentation requirements.
  • Certification or training in Canadian immigration consultancy (e.g., RCIC assistant or paralegal background) is a plus.
