Accounting Manager jobs in Germany

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join a leading regional agency and take charge of finance operations across multiple locations.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong agency experience who can lead audits, manage reporting, drive compliance, and support business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial controls, reporting, audits, and statutory compliance
• Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and end-of-service processing
• Lead budgeting, cost variance analysis, and internal controls
• Handle client invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and business growth
• Support external audits and coordinate with outsourced accountants

Requirements:

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
• Must have current or previous experience working in a marketing, media, advertising, or PR agency
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC statutory and financial frameworks
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Experience with ERP systems and Workday is a plus
