Land surveyor in Musaffah, UAE. We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Musaffah. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of surveying principles, practices and techniques and will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, using both manual and electronic methods.

• Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties using manual and electronic methods.
• Interpret survey instructions and analyze complex documents such as legal contracts, maps, plans and drawings.
• Prepare survey reports, stake boundaries, and maintain field notes; ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and team members; work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
• Operate in challenging environments with difficult terrain as required by projects.

• Solid knowledge of surveying principles, practices and techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to interpret complex documents (legal contracts, maps, plans, drawings).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in Musaffah, UAE; experience level: open to applicants with no prior experience if qualified.

Salary: 1600 AED per month, dependent on experience. We are open to considering applicants with no prior experience if they possess the necessary qualifications.
