Head of Marketing

Our portfolio spans 20+ brands in passenger and commercial vehicles, lubricants, aftermarket parts, and used cars. As we expand our global footprint, we seek a Head of Marketing to lead brand, digital, and commercial strategies that unify our businesses while supporting local market growth.

With 25 years of experience and one of the world's largest family groups across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and Africa regions.

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing will set the strategic direction and execution of marketing across all divisions used cars, commercial vehicles, lubricants, and parts. This leader will elevate brand equity, drive demand generation, and position the group competitively in global markets. The role requires balancing the heritage and values of a family enterprise with the agility needed for global OEM scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across 20+ brands and multiple product lines.
  • Lead digital transformation in marketing, including data-driven campaigns, e-commerce, and online customer engagement.
  • Build strong global brand narratives while tailoring campaigns for local markets.

Brand & Portfolio Management

  • Strengthen the group’s corporate and consumer brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee product marketing for new launches, dealer networks, and aftermarket offerings.
  • Create distinct strategies for used cars, lubricants, parts, and commercial vehicles.

Commercial Impact

  • Partner with sales and distribution teams to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
  • Analyze ROI of marketing investments and optimize budgets across multiple markets.
  • Support expansion into new geographies with localized campaigns and brand activations.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team with regional managers.
  • Partner with family leadership and senior executives to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration across business units, agencies, and distributors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12+ years’ marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the automotive or mobility sector.
  • Proven track record in OEM marketing, preferably across both passenger and commercial vehicles.
  • Global exposure and understanding of emerging markets; experience in 50+ country distribution is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to link marketing to P&L growth.
  • Experience working in or with family-owned businesses is a plus.
