Job summary
A logistics and warehousing company based in Dubai is looking for a Warehouse Manager. You'll oversee inventory organization, manage the transportation of goods, and ensure efficient processing of orders. The role demands a detail-oriented candidate with experience in warehouse operations and strong adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications
- Experience in warehousing and transportation of goods.

- Knowledge of safety rules and guidelines in warehousing.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Facilitate the shipping of products to meet customer demand.
- Ensure on-time delivery by tracking and monitoring shipments.
Works in warehousing and transportation of goods. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
- Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
- Receives products and coordinates delivery.
- Prepares loads for shipment.
- Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
- Goods-in of all received goods in the system.
- Countercheck invoices submitted by the freight forwarder.
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labelling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
- Locates materials and supplies by picking and verifying materials and vendor orders.
