Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support within the UAE.

As a call support executive, you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of calls through the business and ensure that all calls are attended and answered, providing support & information to the clients in a professional manner. In this role, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Handle all inbound calls from clients & customers.
  • Identify the needs of the customer or client, resolve issues where possible and provide solutions.
  • Direct the calls or take messages and pass it on to the relevant teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional call support.
  • Maintain & keep a log of all the incoming calls and analyse data.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Skills & Qualifications
  • A secondary education is required.
  • Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist or customer support responsibility.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the UAE.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and using MAC.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic).
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Friendly and well spoken.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • A can-do and flexible approach.
  • Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast pace environment.
