Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role within the UAE and are bilingual in English and Arabic. As a call support executive, you will be the first point of contact for the company. You will handle the flow of calls through the business and ensure that all calls are attended and answered, providing support & information to the clients in a professional manner. In this role, you will:
