Job Summary
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide architecture solutions, with a primary focus on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires extensive experience in managing ServiceNow deployments, driving ITSM best practices, overseeing managed services engagements, and optimizing IT Asset Management processes. Additional expertise in data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architecture governance, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
- Architect and oversee large-scale ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and custom modules.
- Drive platform optimization, scalability, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development and support teams.
- Managed Services Engagement:
- Manage relationships with managed service providers, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee transition, transformation, and ongoing operations of managed services engagements.
- Develop strategies for service improvement and cost optimization.
- ITSM & IT Asset Management:
- Design and implement ITSM processes and workflows in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies, ensuring accurate asset tracking, lifecycle management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IT service delivery and support.
- Data, AI, and Integration Architecture (Bonus):
- Architect data management solutions, including data modeling, governance, and analytics.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance business processes.
- Design and implement integration architectures between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud services).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Present architecture proposals and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the IT landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform.
- Proven track record in managing managed services engagements and ITSM implementations.
- Hands‑on experience with IT Asset Management and platform optimization.
- Knowledge of data architecture, AI solutions, and integration frameworks (preferred).
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
