Job summary

A leading cloud networking company is looking for a Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer to partner with Account teams in the UAE. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, gathering requirements, and architecting network solutions. The ideal candidate has a relevant technical degree and 5+ years of networking experience, and is fluent in Arabic and English. Knowledge in network automation and industry-standard technologies is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDN and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) highly desired.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Engineer or similar is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Ethernet, VLANs, IP Routing, and other networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer pain points.
• Architect and propose Arista Data Center & Campus network solutions.
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups.
• Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions and represent Arista at events.

Skills

Experience working as a network presales engineer

Fluency in Arabic and English

5+ years of L2/L3 networking design

Strong experience with routing and switching

Knowledge of competitive products and solutions

Education

BS/CS/CE technical degree
