Great 360 hands-on, standalone HR Manager role, reporting to C-suite for a working a leading scaling International firm in the DIFC.

The HR Manager will drive the HR agenda in collaboration with the Leadership Team, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
The HR Manager will take ownership of all HR matters from recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development needs, employee relations, employee engagement and payroll.

Key Performance Objectives

- Driving collaboration with the Leadership team to identify HR needs, priorities, and strategies specific to the departments and ultimately, the region
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's overall HR strategy and support business objectives
- Serving as the primary HR point of contact for all employees within the region, addressing their queries, requests, and concerns, and providing timely support, advice, and guidance on HR-related matters to ensure a positive employee experience
- Overseeing employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, while promoting a fair and inclusive work environment
- Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the Middle East, and keeping abreast of changes in labor legislation that may impact the organization
- Driving the Performance Management Program (PMP), including facilitating goal setting, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing career development initiatives. Provide extensive support to both leadership and employees throughout the process, ensuring consistency and fostering a comprehensive understanding of the program across the organization
- Collaborating with the Leadership team to identify training needs and support the implementation of training programs
- Facilitating effective headcount planning to support the achievement of short‑term, medium‑term, and long‑term strategic and economic corporate goals within the region
- Collaborating with the Leadership team to attract, retain, and onboard top talent in the region, ensuring the recruitment of new hires is on schedule, and within budget, overseeing the onboarding processes
- Actively supporting the headcount planning process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective alignment of workforce requirements with organizational goals and objectives in the region
- Conducting salary regular salary reviews in accordance with market benchmarks, internal comparison, performance reviews, and company requirements, ensuring competitive compensation practices within the region
- Executing the payroll processes and WPS within the region, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Ensuring the proper documentation and maintenance of human resources‑related data and information, including personnel files, records, and HR databases, to meet legal and organizational requirements
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all matters related to HR audits, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate HR audit processes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Aligning and collaborating with the Global HR team to cascade and implement global HR initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and consistent implementation of HR programs, policies, and best practices
- Actively collaborating with the leadership team to assess and determine the optimal organizational structure, including designing and shaping the organization chart to align with current and future business needs within the region
- Serving as the HR focal point for all matters related to the IFS HR modules, taking responsibility for the accurate management of the system, regularly updating information, and providing support to employees and members of the leadership team in utilizing and navigating the HR modules effectively
- Leading and managing the HR team within the region, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development, and ensuring their effective delivery of HR responsibilities and initiatives
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative approaches within the region
Qualification requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. Any HR Certification (CIPD or SHRM) is a plus.
- 5 + years of previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in global acting companies
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law is mandatory (Oman and KSA are considered a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required for this position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Strong understanding of HR functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
