We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our ICs school team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for supporting educational institutions through effective human resource practices we want to hear from you!

  • Handle daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding and staff documentation.
  • Manage employee records contracts visa processes and similar.
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Coordinate staff training development programs and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with ADEK and labor law requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities (e.g. MOHRE Immigration) for employmentrelated matters.
  • Support payroll inputs and HR reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR dealings.

Requirements
