The HR Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resources functions for our clients, in line with the company's vision, mission, and competencies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business goals, overseeing the entire recruitment process, designing and delivering training and development programs, establishing and managing a performance management system, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations, acting as a point of contact for staff-related issues, administering compensation and benefits programs, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, tracking and reporting on HR metrics, and organizing and leading employee engagement activities.
This is an individual contributor role. The successful HR Manager will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for making a difference, capable of strategic and operational thinking, and able to develop and implement HR programs that support the company's vision, mission, and competencies.
