A luxury retail company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an ERP Lead to lead SAP S/4 Hana implementations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in an Omni Channel retail environment, focusing on change management and ERP transformation. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring data integrity throughout the implementation process.

About The Role
The Retail Core ERP Lead will be responsible for leading SAP S/4 Hana implementation of the merchandising, assortment planning, purchasing, replenishment, pricing, in this 2 year project. This role requires a strong understanding of the business processes for a fully Omni Channel-enabled retail environment. One of the key responsibilities for this role is to review the existing business process, improve and map to the new ERP as part of the implementation. The role requires a highly motivated change leader with an interest in Digital Transformation. This role required 5+ Years of S/4 Hana implementation experience in a Retail environment.
