Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in supervising personnel and managing complex technical programs.
• Experience in managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East is required.
• Practical experience in military communication systems is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the TO focal point/interface with C-PM.
• Ensure contractor workforce adheres to entry and exit criteria.
• Provide management and oversight of contractor workforce performance.
