Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator- Interior Fitout to manage and oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) project team for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The role ensures that all models adhere to project drawings specifications and comply with local authority regulations industry standards and best practices. The BIM Coordinator will facilitate coordination qualification and submission of tenders while supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BIM modeling and design support for Project Managers.
- Supervise drawing production and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Produce coordinate and review 3D BIM models; detect and resolve clashes.
- Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plan and validate model integrity.
- Perform QA/QC on BIM models and manage RFIs for issue resolution.
- Assess project changes and ensure modifications are captured in BIM models.
- Monitor costs optimize resource use and mitigate financial risks.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows for better efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the BIM team to achieve organizational goals.
- Support the Technical & BIM Manager as required.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- 5 years experience in BIM construction methodologies and coordination.
- Managerial experience in a corporate setting preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Experience in change management and driving performance.
- Ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Expertise in BIM software modeling standards and workflows.
