Qualifications

  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Russian level: C1-C2.
  • English level: B2 or higher.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s DMCC account: license renewals and documentation.
  • Organize visa support, medical insurance, and health checks for employees.
  • Coordinate with landlords and utility providers for office management.
  • Manage multiple tasks and small projects under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain HR documentation compliant with UAE law.
