Restaurant Manager - Malayalee

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and staff management
• Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for customers
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

• Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
