The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in training, and strong communication skills. This role involves conducting HR onboarding, developing training materials, and tracking employee learning progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development Training.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and training best practices.
• Certification in L&D Training or HR is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and HR-related training sessions for all new employees.
• Facilitate ongoing learning sessions and skill-development workshops.
• Track learning progress and maintain accurate records of training.
