Qualifications

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive European Experienced Admin Officer to join a leading multinational trading company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient information management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR‑related administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well‑stocked and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of administrative best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative software.
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local UAE or Freezone company formation would be a big plus.
