About the role:

Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate should be well‑versed in product research, listing optimization, PPC, customer service, and overall store management.

Key Responsibilities
Product Research & Sourcing

Conduct product hunting using tools like Helium10, JungleScout, Viral Launch

Analyze competitors, pricing, profit margins, and market demand

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and product samples

Listing Creation & Optimization

Create high‑quality Amazon listings (title, bullets, keywords, descriptions)

Manage variation listings and parent‑child relationships

Amazon PPC Management

Set up and manage sponsored ads campaigns

Run weekly performance reports

Inventory & Order Management

Track stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and product compliance issues

Customer Service

Handle buyer messages, returns, refunds, and negative feedback

Ensure high account health: ODR, cancellation rate, late shipment rate

Reporting & Analysis

Run keyword performance reports, PPC insights, and revenue summaries

Required Skills

Strong command of Amazon Seller Central

Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard

Knowledge of FBA/FBM processes

Strong attention to detail & problem‑solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field
