Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle sales inquiries, manage CRM data, maintain product information on the website, and ensure accurate pricing. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience. A background in manufacturing or trading is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or website/CRM management preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Update product specifications and pricing on the company website.
• Maintain and update product pricing and customer-specific price lists.
• Ensure all leads and customer data are properly entered in CRM.
• Work closely with marketing for campaigns and customer communications.

Skills

Strong communication and coordination abilities

Good understanding of website content updating

Experience with CRM tools

Proficiency in Excel and data handling

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data
