Qualifications

• 1+ years employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage teams in AMZL and FC environments.
• Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Communicate daily metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
