• 8+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Technical skills: Advanced Excel, People Analytics

• Oversee all HR functions and align HR strategies with business goals
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles
• Design and implement performance management systems and career frameworks
• Manage Compensation & Benefits programs, including Visa processing
• Ensure employee relations and compliance with UAE labor laws
• Drive learning and development initiatives
• Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes
• Develop employer branding and talent retention strategies
