We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. You will work collaboratively with department managers to foster a positive work environment and ensure our HR practices align with company objectives.

• Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Facilitate performance management processes assisting in the development and tracking of employee goals.
• Maintain employee records accurately and confidentially in accordance with legal requirements.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies benefits and any employmentrelated inquiries.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
• Partner with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; 3 years of experience in an HR role preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality.
• Problemsolving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong working relationships with employees at all levels.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate change and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems and general software applications such as Microsoft Office.
