A leading educational institution in Dubai is seeking an HR Officer to provide professional HR services and support staff recruitment and compliance. The role focuses on safeguarding children and ensuring legal adherence within the school environment. The HR Officer provides a professional and organised HR service to all employees ensuring their needs are met alongside those of the relevant regulatory bodies. This role takes an active role in the day‑to‑day running of our busy school and supports our vision of being the school of choice for the community.

In addition all staff are required to carry out any tasks required by the school or the ISP ME regional office to facilitate the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school. Whilst every effort has been made to explain the main duties and responsibilities of the post, each individual task undertaken may not be identified. Employees will be expected to comply with any reasonable request from a manager to undertake work of a similar level that is not specified in this job description. Employees are expected to be courteous to colleagues and to provide a welcoming environment to visitors and telephone callers.
