- Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
- Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical & Controls) in the area of responsibility.
- Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.
- Development of Spare Part Strategy.
- Management of Maintenance Budget.
- Identification Development and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
- Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide RCA & PDCA Process.
- Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
- Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Electrical Engineer / Senior Analyst in Multinational Companies.
- Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in the Food Processing Industry.
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Diploma or High School qualification.
