The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel’s HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals
  • Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns

Requirements
