Job summary

An international architecture practice is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR needs across Dubai and London. The role involves managing a team of 2 and requires knowledge of employment laws for the UK and UAE. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of HR experience and hold an HR qualification or CIPD Level 5 certification. This position offers the opportunity to work in a growing firm with around 90-110 staff across two studios.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law/Labor law for UK/UAE.
• Experience in the UAE/UK and/or within a professional services firm is highly desirable.
