The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
3. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
5. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
6. Utilize recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
8. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job openings.
9. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proven track record of successfully filling job openings.
7. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
8. Own visa and available to work full-time for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
