Recruiter (Remote)
Hello Chef is growing fast — launching new brands, adding new roles, and building the systems that power magical customer experiences. We’re looking for a sharp, structured, and dependable remote Recruiter to help us find exceptional talent quickly and confidently.
This is a remote role, open to candidates based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time.
You’ll be responsible for screening large volumes of candidates, running structured screening interviews, and ensuring a clear, professional experience for every applicant. You’ll work closely with our CEO and hiring managers to build strong shortlists, maintain clean pipelines, and communicate clearly with candidates from first touch to final stage.

Mission
Deliver strong, qualified candidates quickly and keep everyone informed.
Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes
- Deliver strong shortlists, fast:
- Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week.
- Apply clear, objective criteria using role scorecards and record structured notes in BambooHR.
- Deliver 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks.
- Shortlists lead to productive interviews, not rework.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers:
- Keep candidate statuses and notes in BambooHR accurate and up to date each day.
- Respond promptly to messages and provide timely responses (usually within 24 hours).
- Share concise daily summaries (CVs screened, interviews completed, shortlists delivered, and key blockers).
- Uphold Hello Chef’s brand values through clear, consistent, and professional communication.

Who You Are
- 4-5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple functions.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent — you enjoy organised systems and clear processes.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack.
- Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time.
