About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence for a fast-growing company in Dubai, focusing on fintech or proprietary trading. This executive role requires deep operational expertise, outstanding leadership, and a proven track record in process optimization, cross-border operations, and high-performance team management. The COO will lead the implementation of advanced systems, automation, and AI to achieve strategic goals and scalable growth.

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficiency across all departments.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes leveraging AI and automation technologies.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance, results-driven team.
• Drive cross-border operations, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across jurisdictions.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven analysis and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to the CEO.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Extensive operational leadership experience, ideally within fintech, proprietary trading, or technology-driven businesses.
• Proven expertise in process optimization, cross-border operations, and team management.
• Strong ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance, self-motivated teams.
• Deep knowledge of AI, automation, and business systems implementation.
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Innovative mindset with a history of delivering scalable, technology-driven solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
