Job Description

Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
Support the IT team in implementing new software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Maintain and update documentation for IT processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and security.
Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
Contribute to data backup and recovery processes to safeguard critical information.
Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
Participate in user training sessions to improve IT literacy.
Manage IT inventory, including tracking software licenses and hardware assets.
Stay updated with technology trends and suggest innovative solutions for IT services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is preferred.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols for troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
