Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the restaurant team
• Manage guest queries in a timely manner
• Work within budgeted guidelines for food and payroll
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
• Develop menus with F&B team members
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales
• Set departmental targets, work schedules, and budgets
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels for continuous improvement
• Conduct communication meetings and generate minutes
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments and maintain good relationships
• Supervise day-to-day activities in food and beverage outlets
