Job summary
A leading hospitality brand is seeking a hotel ambassador in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable first impressions for guests while ensuring a positive experience. Candidates should have a strong customer service focus, previous experience in hotel front office operations, and excellent communication skills, including fluency in English. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on customer service is essential.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Experience with Front Office Systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for the hotel and brand.
- Monitor daily guest arrivals to ensure reservations are honored.
- Stay updated on hotel products, services, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
