Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support roles within hospitality.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN infrastructure and server hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel IT systems including networks, servers and user hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to hotel team across departments and guests.
• Implement IT policies, access controls and data protection measures.
