Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring excellent service standards.
Train, motivate, and lead team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee guest seating, order taking, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including tables, seating areas, and restrooms.
Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Support restaurant management in operational tasks and contribute to achieving restaurant goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer service challenges.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
