What We’re Looking For

• Experienced IT leader with strong hands‑on expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and hardware
• Proven experience supporting hospitality and nightlife operations
• Background managing high‑traffic, consumer‑facing applications in always‑on environments
• Strong capability in monitoring, optimising, and ensuring reliability of networks and systems
• Working knowledge of Oracle Hospitality, SAP, and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry‑Leading Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT, network, and hardware operations across hotel and nightlife venues
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of wired and wireless networks
• Deploy, support, and monitor high‑scale consumer and enterprise applications
• Proactively monitor network and system performance, especially during peak operations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades, incidents, and system optimisations
