Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
  • Experience of working in an international capacity and understanding cultural differences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare daily room status and management reports.
  • Prepare duty rosters, schedule, and leave plans.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for room readiness.
  • Track cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor stock levels of linen, supplies, amenities, and uniforms.
  • Handle internal calls, guest requests, and complaints.
  • Assign and follow up on guest service requests.
