An international real estate investment firm is seeking a proactive Portfolio Operations Manager to oversee its diversified property portfolio. You will work closely with senior leadership to manage operations, financial performance, and strategic planning across hospitality, commercial, and residential properties in Astana and Dubai.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of hotel properties, business centers, and residential buildings
  • Plan budgets and control costs across all asset types
  • Monitor and report performance metrics for each operational unit
  • Manage lease agreements and relationships with tenants
  • Track rent collection and ensure timely payments
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular reports
  • Lead marketing and commercialization efforts for vacant spaces
  • Optimize operating expenses and support cost efficiency initiatives
  • Handle negotiations with booking platforms and service providers
  • Supervise property maintenance and technical management
  • Draft and execute contracts with tenants and vendors
  • Represent the company in dealings with governmental and municipal authorities
  • Resolve disputes and operational issues proactively
Requirements
  • University degree (preferably in Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field)
  • Fluency in both English and Russian
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing hotel or real estate assets
  • Proven track record in tenant relations, lease management, and operations
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Astana (Kazakhstan)
