As a Culinary Coordinator, you will support the administrative and coordination needs of the Culinary Department to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist chefs with documentation, scheduling, training records, and compliance requirements and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within culinary operations and hotel management.

• Coordinate administrative tasks for the Culinary Department, including schedules, attendance, and training records.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to HACCP, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new culinary colleagues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and internal correspondence for culinary leadership.
• Act as a liaison between the Culinary Department and Human Resources.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with chefs and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, or strong willingness to learn.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long‑term career in hospitality.
• Pride in representing Emirati values and contributing to national development goals.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Arabic and English language skills are required.
