Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager to oversee creative projects. This role involves managing timelines, working closely with brand leaders, and ensuring that all design and photography needs are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, be proficient in Adobe tools, and possess strong project management skills. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
- Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
- Proficient in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines and overall process for graphic design and photography projects.
- Work with the communications and social media teams.
- Maintain project status and manage budget for design and photography projects.

Manages and cares for graphic designers and photographers
Processes incoming graphic design and photography requests to estimate time/resources needed to complete the request
Works with brand leaders on the communications team and social media team to effectively understand and deliver on the strategy and requirements for each graphic design project and/or photography needs
Maintains constant knowledge of status priority and next steps for all graphic design and photography projects via a project management system
Maintains and manages the photography graphic design and print production budget under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related filed.
- At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
- Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements corporate image and promotional materials.
- Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
- Proficient in Photoshop Illustrator 3D
- Able to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy capability in MAC is preferable.
