Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service aligned with Hyatt standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Support revenue goals through upselling and cost‑control practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment.
  • Perform cashiering duties and assist with inventory checks.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B Hosts.
  • Ensure grooming, punctuality and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality leadership.
