Veterinary Receptionist jobs in France

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the facility’s front office, billing, accounting, insurance, and support services.
2. Monitor outpatient services and schedule doctors’ clinics to ensure continuity of patient care and smooth operations.
3. Oversee the management of medical records and release of information as per standards.
4. Manage the facility’s accounting, including debtors’ days, and analyze daily sales reports for management.
5. Control costs effectively over purchases and expenditures.
6. Coordinate with insurance companies on claims, approvals, and disallowance analysis.
7. Ensure timely and accurate insurance authorizations.
8. Prepare annual budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures.
9. Lead performance management, quality improvement, and promote a service culture.
10. Monitor patient satisfaction and build relationships with medical aids and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate diploma in management or administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance/administration in healthcare, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of clinic management, quality assurance, budget management, and policy writing.
• Experience with start-up clinics/medical centers.
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary teamwork and multicultural environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making, problem-solving, and a calm demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical insurance protocols.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
