Screening and Interview Coordination

Candidate Experience Management
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive and engaging experience.
Offer Management and Negotiation
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure timely acceptance or feedback from candidates.
Background Checks and Documentation
Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and ensure all necessary employment documentation is completed before onboarding.
New Hire Onboarding
Organize and conduct orientation sessions, ensure timely provisioning of systems/access, and help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
HRIS and Data Entry
Maintain accurate records of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and update recruitment metrics and reports regularly.
Collaboration with Department Heads
Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, job specifications, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Exit Formalities and Offboarding
Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with offboarding procedures.
Recruitment Process Improvement
Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in sourcing, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical and skilled labor roles.
Industry Knowledge
Solid understanding of job functions, skill requirements, and compliance considerations specific to industrial, engineering, and project-based environments.
Recruitment Tools Proficiency
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Naukri.
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with candidates, managers, and external partners.
Organizational Skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and maintain structured records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
Onboarding and Offboarding Knowledge
Experience in handling end-to-end onboarding of new hires and executing exit formalities, including exit interviews and documentation.
Collaboration
Ability to work closely with operations, project managers, and department heads to identify workforce needs and staffing plans.
Adaptability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with frequent changes in hiring priorities.
